11月24日，ZIBS职业发展中心“职业探索系列”走进安杰世泽律师事务所（上海）和ZIBS上海教学实践基地，带领同学们实地感受中国律所和法律执业，并基于模拟商务情景进行角色扮演与现场辩论。

On November 24, ZIBS students went to AnJie Broad Law Firm (Shanghai) and ZIBS Shanghai Office for "Career Exploration" series. They had the chance to learn about the development of China's commercial law and the path to a financial and legal career. In the afternoon, the students practiced business negotiation skills via the Business Scenario Mock Debate Competition.

11月24日上午，ZIBS一行近五十名国际学生在ZIBS副教授、法律与金融研究中心主任、上海教学实践基地负责人戴新竹带领下，前往北京安杰世泽律师事务所上海办公室，实地感受律所工作氛围，探索法律执业，并结合“中国商法”课程，了解中国法律体系、常见法律问题，探索了解法律人的成长历程。

北京安杰世泽律师事务所上海办公室主任蔡航律师、国际合伙人施煜琼律师接待到访师生。蔡航律师带领师生参观了上海办公室，介绍了安杰世泽的概况、发展历史并对中国商事法律体系做了整体介绍。随后，施煜琼律师分享了成长为一名商事律师的个人心得。现场以小组讨论、互动答疑等多种方式进行了交流和互动，让同学们了解到中国商法领域的实践，探索未来职业发展可能，同进也激发了他们对法律行业的浓厚兴趣。

当天下午，ZIBS师生一行前往ZIBS上海办公室开展商务情景模拟辩论。

商务主题围绕四个真实案例开展，案例均涉及复杂问题剖析、相互冲突的利益关切方以及多元的视角观点。同学们分为9个小组，各组根据所选主题开展情景模拟辩论，运用企业参访实践知识、商务谈判技能进行角色扮演，解决主题设定的各类商务问题。戴新竹和ZIBS跨文化沟通小组负责人Gilles Meira担任评委，现场指导。同学们提前对案例进行深入调查、准备正反两方观点，在辩论开始前，随机抽取一方观点。在模拟辩论过程中，大家观点鲜明、态度坚定、引用法律条款有力，圆满完成了辩论活动设计的初衷而且获益良多。

"Getting a sneak-peek into real-life disputes between businesses gives us the curiosity and insight into the ups and downs of an organization. Not having practical experience in the business world drove us to exercise our ability to think analytically and outside of the box. "Personally, the debates are one of the best parts about the field trip. It gave us the opportunity to practice our critical thinking and team work as we built our defense. Moreover, it was extremely interesting that all the cases were based on real incidents. I think this activity sparked a new found interest in law for me and several other classmates."

"Afternoon debate that took place in Shanghai has given me a lot of new insights about the way business law works. This helps me understand more about international trade and how to handle between buyer and seller if there is a problem in the product during export import and how to solve it between two parties from different countries. I believe this is very useful especially for us looking to do international trade in the future."
