把握金融科技，探索海外市场

5月25日，ZIBS学生企业参访实践活动来到了位于上海浦东张江科技园区的信也科技总部。ZIBS副教授阎淬以及来自ZIBS各项目二十余名国际生参加活动。

信也科技集团印尼业务CEO顾鸣对来访师生表示热烈的欢迎，他指出，信也科技在国内构建开放金融生态的同时也在积极探索海外机遇，助力东南亚国家的普惠金融。国际化业务对信也科技的未来发展有着重要的战略地位，拥有国际视野的人才正是目前公司发展的重要基石。

阎淬表示，信也科技是国内领先的金融科技公司之一，此次参访不仅能够让学生们了解中国金融科技与国内企业发展的同时，也有利于企业进一步了解国际学生的独特视角。

信也科技集团印尼业务国家经理李猛从职业发展角度介绍了其在信也的工作经历对他个人成长和发展的塑造和重要影响，也分享了在业务中的一些真实案例，为同学们带来了很多启发。

印尼HRBP负责人陶章斌介绍了信也科技的人才招聘和人才培养情况。据介绍，信也科技印尼公司已经组建了一支国际化团队，本地化率超过80%，相信在当地团队的努力下，未来这个比例还会逐步提升。

在专题分享后的自由交流环节，ZIBS国际学生与嘉宾展开了进一步交流。顾鸣表示，学院的学科优势、国际人才培养质量和校企合作成熟模式与信也科技海外市场拓展需求高度契合，双方有深度合作的广阔空间。

最后，国际学生在相关负责人的带领下参观了公司，进一步加深了对于信也科技的了解。

ZIBS重视国际人才培养和输出，同时积极联动校企合作，打造专业特色培养模式，为国际化高端人才挖掘更多更优质的企业沃土，也期待更多像信也科技重视人才培养的企业提供给ZIBS国际人才更合适的实习和就业机会，共同培养知华友华的高级国际人才，为“一带一路”战略和国民经济建设做出更大贡献。

The visit to FinVolution was good. They were welcoming and prepared us a meal, which was really nice of them. The good thing was their determination to grow internationally. They already had partnerships with companies in Indonesia and the Philippines and were interested in growing in Pakistan and other South Asian countries. This showed that the company had potential and was willing to take calculated risks to explore the neighboring countries' markets.

I was given an opportunity to visit Finvolution organized by ZIBS. By taking part in this event, I was able to gain valuable insight of how Finvolution start up, how they operations and what are direction they are moving towards. I was impressed that just within a few years of being a company they manage to get in listed in Stock market and expend their business in South East Asia Countries. I am looking forward to see them branching out into other countries in the future.

The visit to the headquarters of Finvolution, a fintech pioneer, was an insightful experience. This NYSE-listed company, founded in 2007, dedicates itself to transforming financial services with advanced technologies, reaching the unbanked and underbanked demographics. Throughout the world, they've formed strategic alliances to make these services better and more inclusive. As a student, this visit allowed me to comprehend the immense potential of blending finance with technology and the impactful role of fintech in society.

As an international student, I am glad that the school organized a visit to a growing local innovative fintech company that is developing so fast and expanding to other regions. During the visit, we understood the companies' structure, vision, and future planning. It was a really interactive session because we got to talk to the staff from various departments, addressing all the queries that the students have about the company as well as opportunities for internships. We even had a tour of the company building to imagine what it would be like to work there. A big thanks to ZIBS team for the arrangement!

Our visit to Finvolution proved to be a truly enlightening and enriching experience. From the moment we stepped foot on their premises, we were graciously welcomed by several esteemed leaders of the company, who generously imparted their invaluable wisdom and shared captivating business stories. The unique nature of their operations, heavily reliant on cutting-edge technology and extensive data analytics, was truly fascinating. Witnessing firsthand their profound impact on microfinance services, which benefit a substantial portion of the Chinese population, left a lasting impression on us.

Moreover, we had the privilege of gaining insights into Finvolution's expansion into other promising markets, such as Indonesia and the Philippines. It was awe-inspiring to witness the seamless transfer of their expertise to these regions, reaffirming their commitment to empowering individuals through accessible financial solutions. Every member of the office exuded warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine willingness to engage with us, making our experience all the more memorable.

Personally, this visit left me profoundly inspired, igniting a newfound motivation within me. I am confident that my fellow classmates also left with a wealth of new knowledge and insights. The time spent at Finvolution will undoubtedly serve as a catalyst for our personal and professional growth, propelling us forward on our respective journeys with a heightened sense of purpose and understanding.
