行在中国丨在馥郁茶香中感悟中国古典哲学

4月28日，ZIBS行在中国系列之茶文化主题研学在杭州顺利举办，约40位国际学生参与活动。本次研学与杭州全球青年人才中心合作开展，学生在西湖龙井风景区与茶园参与丰富多彩的文化体验活动，进一步感受中华传统文化的魅力。

On April 28, the 5th session of ZIBS Me & China series was successfully held at Longjing Scenic Area and Mingshu Tea Garden in Hangzhou in cooperation with Hangzhou Global Youth Talent Community (GYTC). Around 40 ZIBSers embarked on a Tea Culture themed field trip, further strengthening their understanding of Chinese traditional culture.

初临龙井

近在眼前的国学大观

西湖龙井风景区位于杭州城西飞来峰麓，四周山峦如黛，景色秀丽。当日上午，工作人员们热情接待了到访的ZIBS国际学生，带领同学们参观古建筑群，了解该地自东晋以来一千六百余年的文脉赓续。

该地不仅珍藏着具有重要历史、文化及现世价值的文物遗存，同时也保留了诸多传统仪轨。同学们跟随工作人员的引导，体验各式文化活动的同时，放松身心，感受中华传统文化中“坐忘体道、静生百慧”的生命伦理。

茶与哲学

同音共律的文化标记

在讲堂，来自同济大学人文学院的Volker Heubel副教授与同学们在此围绕“中国茶文化中的哲学思想”开展了一场主题研习。中国是茶的故乡，作为“开门七件事”之一，饮茶在中国是百姓的日常，并在漫长的历史中发展出了独特的茶文化。Volker Heubel从茶道与哲学的定义出发，指出茶文化是中国传统生活哲学中的重要组成部分，通过饮茶，与他人交际、和自我相遇，在自然状态下感受“和、静、清、敬”的感官调御。

通过展示不同朝代的主题文人画和文学作品，Volker Heubel指出，茶是器物制备与文艺创作的灵感来源，从精神层面影响着人们的创作动机、风格乃至场景，并与文艺作品中传达的古典哲学融为一体。研讨结束后，师生们还在茶香中欣赏了一场由古琴、箫与古筝轮奏的迷你音乐会。

庄园采摘

茶香氤氲的难忘体验

下午，同学们来到位于西湖腹地龙坞茶镇的茗墅茶庄园，实地开展采茶实践。庄园主人成秀华女士耐心地教导同学们采茶的要领，近观、快采、轻放，每一步都须十分的专注。在和煦的春日下，同学们穿梭于郁郁葱葱的茶树间，享受惬意的采摘时光。

成女士还向同学们解释了茶叶的炒制、贮存及饮用方法，并介绍庄园因地制宜探索“农旅融合”新业态、拓展特色茶叶品牌的情况。

通过本次内容丰富的研学，同学们理论结合实际，全方位认识和体悟了中国传统茶文化与古典哲学，收获颇丰。下面让我们来听听他们的感受吧！

This field trip to Longjing in Hangzhou was very interesting and insightful for me. It was my first time touring places like this in China. The staff patiently guided us around the site and taught us about its story and history. Also, I am very honored to have the opportunity to learn about the traditional manners and etiquette of dining during the trip. Overall, it was an immense and wonderful trip for me. I am very grateful for our teachers and staff at ZIBS for organizing such a meaningful trip, and I look forward to more events in the future!

In China, I have been to many sites like this before, but this visit was still new for me. It's because the visit provided me with an insider's view of the lives of the people living there. I had lunch with them, a chance to meditate, and a walk with them later within the site. This made me realize how simple their lives are and how peaceful they are as well!

I’m so grateful for this opportunity, as it was my first time visiting a place like this. We toured around the place and met the kindest people ever. We experienced the meditation and even the traditional etiquette of dining, which I’ve always been curious about. It was such a wonderful experience. Not to forget, the beautiful scenery in Mingshu Tea Garden, where we learned tea-picking methods by hand, also left me with a great impression!
