中国学硕士项目再次入选中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金计划(YES China)! 现向全球开放申请

2023年1月，经教育部国际合作与交流司、国家留学基金管理委员会审核评估，浙江大学中国学硕士项目成功入选2023/2024学年中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金计划。

中国政府卓越奖学金(Youth of Excellence Scheme of China，简称YES China)于2014年启动，旨在培养“一带一路”国家和地区的政府官员、高校教师和国有企业高管等青年人才。浙江大学中国学是全国首批设立的六个项目之一，迄今已培养130多位“一带一路”国家高层次毕业生，大部分毕业生在所在国建设和发展中、在与中国友好交往中发挥了重要作用。2023年起，卓越奖学金计划由全国高校各项目竞争性申报，我校中国学项目再次入选。值此国际校区启动建设国际合作教育样板区，全力打造“留学中国”品牌之际，中国学硕士入选中国政府来华留学卓越奖学金项目具有重要意义。

In January 2023, Zhejiang University’s Master of China Studies (MCS) program was selected for the Youth of Excellence Scheme of China (YES China) in the academic year of 2023/2024.

The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China (YES China) started recruiting students in 2014, aiming to train government officials, university teachers and senior management talents of state-owned enterprises and institutions in countries and regions along the "Belt and Road". The Zhejiang University China Studies Program is one of the first six programs established nationwide, and has trained more than 130 high-level international talents from countries along the "Belt and Road" since 2014. The language of instruction for this program is English.

What does the full scholarship of MCS-YES Program cover?

全额奖学金内容：

1. 免交学费；

2. 提供免费校内住宿；

3. 提供奖学金生活费（按照相关标准发放）；

4. 提供来华留学生综合医疗保险。

Coverage of the full scholarship:

1. Tuition waiver;

2. Free accommodation on campus;

3. Stipend (granted in accordance with relevant standard);

4. Comprehensive Medical Insurance.

What are the credits and course structure of MCS-YES Program?

共24学分。课程包括为汉语、中国文化、社会、管理和商务等，还设有跨文化沟通、研究方法、社会实践等培养环节。

There are 24 credits in total. The course includes Chinese Language, China Culture & Society, China Business Studies, etc., we also offer Cross-cultural Communication, Research Methods and Social Practice for enrichment.

How to apply for MCS-YES Program?

非中华人民共和国国籍，年龄原则上不超过45周岁，身心健康。

具有本科及以上学历，有三年及以上工作经历；具有与所申请项目相关专业学习或工作背景者优先。

申请人须为以下四类人员之一：所在国政府部门处级（或相应级别）及以上公职人员；机构和企业等单位高级管理人员；高校和科研机构行政管理人员；有国际组织任职或实习相关经历人员。

已获得浙江大学出具的预录取通知书。申请预录取通知书者，必须先登录浙江大学国际学生申请系统http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml，完整填写信息后下载电子版《浙江大学国际学生申请表》，并将申请表扫描件分别发送至: admissionmaster@zju.edu.cn和zibsadmissions@intl.zju.edu.cn (此邮箱仅接受YES China中国学项目申请者的文件)。浙江大学将为通过审核的申请人出具预录取通知书。

Applicants (under 45 years old) must be non-Chinese citizens with good physical and psychological health.

Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3 years’ work experience. Those with related education or working background will be preferred.

Applicants must be senior governmental officials, senior management staff of institutions and enterprises, administrative staff of colleges and universities, or those with work experience or internship in International Organizations.

Pre-admission notice from Zhejiang University. Applicants who would like to apply for Pre-admission Notice must log in to the Online Application System for International Students, Zhejiang University (http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml) to complete online application by filling in required information. After completing online application, ZJU Application Form should be downloaded and send to the both email addresses, admissionmaster@zju.edu.cn and zibsadmissions@intl.zju.edu.cn for MCS-YES China program.

Zhejiang University will issue Pre-admission notice to qualified applicants who meet university’s academic requirements.

申请人必须先在浙江大学国际学生申请系统（http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml）按要求填写清楚并完整上传资料。

注：申请人必须在截止日期前登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login）进行网上申请，并按要求完整提供各项材料（本奖学金在CSC系统内的类型为A类，受理机构代码为1563）。

Applicants must first log in to the International Student Application & Admission System of Zhejiang University (http://isinfosys.zju.edu.cn/recruit/login.shtml), clearly fill in and completely upload materials as required.

Applicants must log in to the CSC Online Application System for Study in China (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login), clearly fill in and upload complete application materials as required (The scholarship is Type A in the CSC system, the agency number is 1563).
