During the two-year MCS program, I had the unique opportunity to meet brilliant people with many different cultural backgrounds, but one thing in common - the enthusiasm for China. While the interdisciplinary curriculum is focused on providing an understanding of China's history, culture, economics and language, the MCS program supports you in exploring China first-hand and directly apply what you have learned.
I studied my MA degree at Zhejiang University‘s International Campus at Haining in the period February2017to June 2018.My time at the university has really helped me develop my academic skills and has also greatly expanded my international network, having granted me friends and possible future colleagues from areas all across the globe as well, of course as in within China itself. I warmly recommend Zhejiang University's International Campus to any hopeful student of China who is interested in getting first-hand experience with China as an area while also strengthening their international profile!
I decided to apply to MCS Program because of the large variety of courses related to Chinese contemporary society, as it also it builds up on my undergraduate program which focused on Chinese history.
