Student Life

Under the direction of the ZIBS-iMBA program team, the ZIBS-iMBA Student Union was officially established in June 2021, after a month's preparations started from May 2021. The ZIBS-iMBA Student Union is a student organization consisting of the students and alumni of the iMBA program, and it works under the direction of ZIBS.

As a student organization, the ZIBS-iMBA Student Union aims to keep a close tie between iMBA students, alumni and ZIBS. The Union carries out various activities and facilitates the sharing of resources and information to strengthen cohesion among the iMBA students, enhance the iMBA brand image, and showcase achievements, with joint efforts to fulfill the vision of “Connecting the World, Shaping the Future”.

By adhering to the principles of innovation, inclusiveness and respect, relying on the abundant ecosystem and solid resource system of ZIBS, the Union continues to perfect organization structure and carry out diversified activities to better serve the development of the society and students.

May 2021, the preparations of the ZIBS-iMBA Student Union started and the first preparatory group meeting was held.
June 13,2021, the ZIBS-iMBA Student Union was officially established and the first work conference was held.
July 31,2021, the Union organized the first enterprise visit to Greentown China.
September 11,2021, a flag presentation ceremony was held for the Union.
October 7,2021, the second work conference of the Union was held.
November 13,2021, the first by-election was held and the president and department director of the Union were confirmed.
November 20,2021, the inauguration ceremony for the Union was held in Zijingang Campus, ZJU.
December 5,2021, the Union started recruiting new members.
January 22,2022, the Spring Festival gala of the Union was held.
February 19,2022, the first entrepreneurship sharing session themed "Soaring from ZIBS" was held by the Entrepreneurship and Learning Department of the Union.

Structure

The ZIBS-iMBA Student Union is now in its 3rd session, with a total of five departments: Entrepreneurship & Learning Department, Public Relations Department, Event Department, Branding & Communication Department, and General Affairs Department.
