Our Journey

Making full use of strategic opportunities such as the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region and the Belt and Road Initiative, ZIBS implements a multi-institutional, multi-disciplinary and multi-level partnership strategy with Zhejiang University as the core to build a science & technology-focused premier global business school from China.

2018

May 14

Zhejiang University officially issued the document to establish a leading group and a working group for the preparation of the International Business School, headed by Ben Shenglin

October 11

The CPC Zhejiang University Committee officially issued the document to establish Zhejiang University International Business School (under preparation)

November 15

Zhejiang University International Business School (under preparation) was officially established at International Campus, Zhejiang University

2019

July

Zhejiang University International Business School (under preparation) led the signing of a university-enterprise strategic cooperation agreement between Zhejiang University and Ant Group, to co-build Zhejiang University-Ant Group Fintech Centre (ZAFC)

September 7

No Limitation for Aspiration — Zhejiang University International Business School Welcome Ceremony 2019 was held

Global Communication and Management (GCM) Program, Master of Finance (iMF) Program, and Master of Communication and Management (MCM) Program were launched

2020

October 21

The conference of Zhejiang University joining the Financial Technology Research Center of the People's Bank of China was held in Beijing, during which Zhejiang University became one of the Center's co-constructors

November 4

The CPC Zhejiang University Committee officially issued the document to establish Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS)
