On the afternoon of July 7, 2022, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between ZIBS and the School of Economics was held at Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University. On behalf of the two sides, ZHANG Junsen, Dean of the School of Economics, and BEN Shenglin, Dean of ZIBS, signed a strategic cooperation agreement and exchanged souvenirs. ZHANG Zifa, Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Economics, WANG Yizhong, Vice Dean of the School of Economics, LU Feixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the School of Economics, as well as QU Haidong, Vice Dean of ZIBS, and LEI Linan and SHEN Li, Assistants to the Dean of ZIBS, witnessed the signing.

Based on the international Master of Finance (iMF) program in the early stage, the two sides will put in place a long-term cooperation mechanism and forge a close tie. The iMF program of ZIBS features international education in financial technology. It aims to cultivate high-level financial talent who have a global vision and professional quality, and think in big-picture terms. The first class of the program who graduated in 2022 includes 43 students. Over 120 Chinese and foreign students were admitted in 2021 and 2022. The signing of the agreement will lay a solid foundation for the two schools to carry out deeper, wider and higher-level strategic cooperation. It is hoped that they will enhance strategic cooperation, boost the development of disciplines, and jointly achieve major breakthroughs.

On the afternoon of July 8, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between ZIBS and the College of Media and International Culture was successfully held at the International Campus of Zhejiang University. On behalf of both sides, WEI Lu, Dean and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Media and International Culture, and BEN Shenglin, Dean of ZIBS, signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation. HONG Yu, Vice Dean of the College of Media and International Culture, HUANG Guangsheng and YAN Yuqian, researchers and Program Directors of the College of Media and International Culture, and QU Haidong, Vice Dean of ZIBS, WAN Feng and SHEN Li, Assistants to the Dean of ZIBS, and WANG Luyao and LIN Ziyi, Program Administrative Directors of ZIBS, attended the ceremony.

On the basis of their in-depth cooperation in the Undergraduate Program of Global Communication and Management (GCM) and the Master of Communication and Management (MCM) Program, the two sides reached a consensus about launching the international Master of Fine Arts (iMFA) Program in a new stage of cooperation. Up to now, 100 international students have registered for the GCM and MCM programs, and nearly 100 Chinese students for the iMFA program. The interoperability and integration of the three programs will contribute to the production of internationally competitive talent who have an international vision, think globally, and adapt to global development, as well as to the improvement of international education.
 

ZIBS leverages Zhejiang University's multidisciplinary advantages and consolidates these advantages by seeking differentiated development. It has set up the international Master of Business Administration (iMBA) Program and the Master of China Studies (MCS) Program with the School of Management and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
