5月31日，来自ZIBS的20名国际学生赴信也科技总部开展企业参访。这是ZIBS第二次组织学生参访信也科技，旨在帮助同学们了解国内金融科技公司的国际化业务发展经验和企业文化，拓展职业发展机会。
活动伊始，信也科技首席执行官李铁铮发表欢迎致辞。他表示，国际化业务对信也科技的未来发展至关重要，具有国际视野的人才是公司发展的重要基石。希望此次参访能让同学们了解中国金融科技企业发展的现状，同时也帮助公司更好地理解国际学生的独特视角。
随后，信也科技巴基斯坦业务“一号员工”、ZIBS学姐Maria Nazeer Ahmed在线上分享了自己在ZIBS学习期间的职业发展规划，以及在信也科技获得的成长。去年，她作为ZIBS学生在这里实习并获得了工作机会，目前在信也科技巴基斯坦办公室负责当地市场和商务拓展。
信也科技新市场业务首席执行官徐浥宁介绍了公司发展历程、商业模式和国际业务情况。他分享到，信也科技致力于持续培养海外人才，以更好地将当地文化融入前端服务中，为各国市场带去更精准、更优质的本地化服务。
在自由交流环节，ZIBS的同学们与信也科技的代表深入探讨了企业国际化战略、技术创新和职业发展等问题。对话中，同学们进一步了解了金融科技企业在国际化拓展中的实践经验，并在工作技能和职业发展方面获得了新的启示。
最后，同学们在信也科技印尼业务人力资源负责人陶章斌的带领下参观了不同部门，深入体验了公司的企业文化和数字化办公环境。
ZIBS一直重视国际人才的培养与输出，通过校企合作打造特色培养模式。此次参访帮助同学们深入了解了中国金融科技企业的国际化进程、金融科技能力和人才培养策略，为同学们的职业发展方向提供了更多参考。
