3月28日至4月4日，皇家墨尔本理工大学（RMIT）中国访学模块于ZIBS开展。在RMIT商业与法学研究生院副院长丛玲梅和上海办公室经理Peggy Wang的带领下，来自9个国家的同学与ZIBS iMBA中外同学共同展开了一次富有深度的交流与对话。访学期间，大家通过同堂听讲并参访浙江特色企业，进一步促进了中外学术与商业文化的交融与碰撞，为未来的合作与发展奠定了坚实的基础。
3月30日，院长助理沈莉、iMBA项目国际合作负责人禹雅乔为远道而来的RMIT学生举行了项目开班仪式。随后，在助理教授Jia Jia Lim的企业社会责任课堂和浙江大学管理学院副教授张刚峰跨文化管理讲座中，RMIT师生和ZIBS iMBA的同学们同堂上课，生动详实的授课内容激起了同学们对不同文化差异及如何有效交流的深度思考。
3月31日，ZIBS院长贲圣林和丛林梅副院长共同开启了一场中澳青年交流会，活动由海宁市侨联支持，海宁市留联会会长林霞琴，秘书长潘柳静及澳洲海归代表参与交流。会上，贲圣林和RMIT的同学们围绕中国的商业环境、跨文化交流、澳洲企业在中国创业等问题展开深入探讨。
4月1日至3日， 双方师生一同参访吉利汽车集团、阿里巴巴、针永体育、贝壳社、浙大校友企业总部经济园等，并与浙江欧美同学会展开文化交流互动。
吉利汽车集团为浙江吉利控股集团的核心实体，参访期间，同学们来到了吉利工厂和总部园区，深刻感受吉利对卓越技术的不懈追求，并通过吉利学堂，了解了吉利的发展历程和使命愿景。在试驾环节，大家还亲身体验了吉利汽车的驾驶魅力。
参访的第二站，大家来到了阿里巴巴主题展览馆。RMIT师生通过近距离了解阿里巴巴在科技创新、大数据应用、人工智能研发等领域的成就，深刻体会到了先进技术如何深度融入并推动中国互联网经济的飞速发展。
随后，一行来到了针织制造行业标杆针永体育，并深入了解了其“以人为本”的设计理念；参观了位于杭州滨江区海创基地的贝壳社——一座由浙大澳洲校友创立的领先的O2O医健行业创业社区；此外，行程还特别安排了浙大校友企业总部经济园参访活动，让RMIT师生感受浙大校友的创业精神，并与浙大校友交流浙江企业的独特魅力和发展潜力。
在西湖半日游活动中，RMIT学生代表团还体验了游船及汉服拍摄，不亦乐乎！
行程的最后，RMIT师生受邀前往浙江省欧美同学会，参加“中外留学青年看浙江”中澳青年对话活动。大家与浙江留澳归国人员代表等共同参观了南宋德寿宫遗址博物馆，并体验了中国书法、绘画及茶艺，充分感受了宋韵文化和东方传统艺术魅力。交流会上，中澳青年分享了彼此的学习、创业经验，并表达了加强中澳合作、促进人文经贸交流的愿望。

We had an amazing experience in China. There was a wonderful mix of cultural visits as well as high-quality business visits. Everything was so well organized by Kate, Ling Mei, and others, and everyone was so welcoming. It was terrific meeting and spending time with the ZIBS students, as well as all the other generous and friendly people we met. This trip was a fabulous learning opportunity, and I feel I have a better understanding of Chinese culture and the business environment from our short visit. Our study tour to China, professionally organized by Mrs. CONG from RMIT Melbourne and the ZIBS iMBA faculty in Haining, provided us with a rich cross-cultural experience and an unforgettable culinary journey. Visiting companies in Haining and Hangzhou, notably Alibaba, highlighted the immense potential for global trade cooperation. I am deeply grateful to Mrs. CONG and the ZIBS iMBA faculty for their professionalism and warm hospitality, which not only ignited our passion for international collaboration but also deepened our understanding of Chinese culture and business practices. The study tour to China was a phenomenal experience, curated by the combined efforts of Ling Mei, Kate, and ZIBS faculty and staff. Incorporating a multitude of both cultural and professional business experiences, this tour really stands as a benchmark for other study tours. The cultural experiences, consisting of both historical landmarks and an abundance of exceptional culinary allowed us to enhance our understanding of China's rich history, traditions, and way of life, with the famous West Lake show standing out as a highlight of this tour. On the other hand, the business part of this visit to China presented us with the opportunity to visit giant global corporations such as Geely and Alibaba, helping us to expand our professional network, build strong relationships, and discover how businesses in China operate. Finally, the exposure to the ZIBS campus, its lecturers, and students further allowed us to have a taste of Chinese education from one of China's best universities while simultaneously allowing us to build relationships. This study tour was an unforgettable experience that I will fondly look back on for years to come.

China was breathtaking. I'm blown away by how much people embrace their rich heritage and how they treat guests with such warmth.
