5月13日下午，ZIBS助理教授，院长助理，浙江大学国际校区隐形冠军国际研究中心（IHC）副主任雷李楠的“数字化时代的隐形冠军”实践讲座组织近40名MCS项目和iMBA项目的学生以及学院各个部门的老师前往专精特新“小巨人”企业浙江凌迪数字科技有限公司（Style 3D）进行参访。Style3D成立于2015年，2024年被评定为国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业。是一家专业型3D软件开发商，专注于服装领域的数字化解决方案 。
首先Style 3D创始人兼CEO刘彬以及工作人员带领师生一行参观公司展厅，研发部，工作区等，使同学们更好理解企业的成立背景与企业文化。之后，在公司会议室刘总为同学们介绍了公司在数字时装设计软件和面料模拟解决方案方面取得的最新成果和最佳案例，也分享了企业在国际化业务分布等；随后，雷李楠老师带来了主题为“数字化时代的隐形冠军”的讲座，深入分析了数字时代下的隐形冠军企业。此次参访，为学生们提供了近距离观察专精特新企业的机会，同时助力学院专业实践人才的培养工作。
