严硕，现任浙江大学国际联合商学院（ZIBS）长聘轨副教授、博士生导师。她拥有意大利博科尼大学（Bocconi University）金融学博士学位，是深圳市高层次人才、深圳市委政策研究室评审专家。她的主要研究方向为金融科技与行为金融学，尤其致力于探究现代社交媒体（如微博、LinkedIn、Twitter、Glassdoor、Raddit、小红书等）如何发现、塑造并影响人类行为以及资本市场。其研究成果发表于Management Science（UTD24）、Production and Operations Management（UTD24）、Entrepreneurship Theory and Practices（FT50，AGJ4*）等顶级商学期刊，并主持国家自然科学基金等多项科研项目。在教学方面，严硕曾多次获校级青年教师教学竞赛特等奖及一等奖，并主持两项省级教学质量工程与教学改革项目。
