Full-time adjunct expert and the Director of Career Development Center at ZIBS. He has held senior management positions at renowned global financial institutions, with extensive expertise in financial technology, APIs, ecosystems, and blockchain initiatives. He is highly experienced in trade, cash management, and digital banking, with deep insights into business practices across Asia.
XU Jie (Eric)
15 years of experience in corporate strategy and management consulting， specializing in strategic planning services for large enterprises in industries such as finance, energy, and consumer goods. He has mentored over 3,000 students and young professionals, offered personalized career solutions and inspired them to discover their strengths. He also serves as an external career consultant for business schools at top-tier universities in the UK, the US, and Hong Kong, China.
