Student Organization and Activity

Drawing on the rich and vibrant campus culture of Zhejiang University, the Zhejiang University International Campus, and ZIBS, students have the opportunity to engage in a wide array of student organizations, clubs, and activities aligned with their personal interests. Within this diverse and inclusive cultural and academic environment, they can enrich their learning and life experiences, develop various skills, and improve their interpersonal communication, teamwork, cross-cultural interaction, volunteer service, and innovative capabilities. These experiences contribute significantly to their personal development and enhance their competitiveness in both academic and professional spheres.

Student Organization

140x140

To encourage international undergraduate students to actively participate in class development and to provide them with a platform for collective activities, the Global Communication and Management (GCM) international undergraduate program has introduced a "core class council + group leader" class committee model, drawing on the International Campus’s unique concept of "convergence of diverse cultures." Since November 2023, the international student class councils have proactively organized class team-building activities, study groups, and engaged in class and group projects, effectively demonstrating the role and significance that the class committee is intended to have. Looking ahead, the international student class committees will focus on strengthening the class councils, increasing their involvement in campus class and group development, and fully leveraging the enthusiasm and potential of the international student councils.

Student Activity

Zhejiang University, Zhejiang University International Campus, and various departments of ZIBS continuously organize a variety of student activities, including cultural events, business practices, overseas exchanges, sports and cultural activities, and professional lectures among other things. Students from different majors and classes also actively organize and participate in these activities. They take part in the "Me & China" initiative, exploring modern China and contributing to telling its story; they engage in the "Career Talk" lecture series, interacting with top experts and industry consultants to gain insights into current employment and industry trends; they participate in various sporting events, channeling youthful energy and displaying a spirit of sportsmanship on the field; and during winter and summer breaks, they engage in social practice both at home and abroad, applying their professional knowledge globally and embodying the responsibility of young students in the new era.
