Chinese University Management Cadre Internationalization Competency Program
Promoting internationalization competency training of management cadre in both the CPC and administrative tracks is necessary for Chinese higher education institutes to meet the needs of accelerating the construction of a modern university governance system that adapts to standards in the international educational arena, as well as fulfilling the global open development strategy and 'Double First Class' construction of Zhejiang University. ZIBS fully utilizes the advanced educational internationalization concept, rich internationalization-at-home practical experience, and high-level international teaching staff of the international campus to actively empower members of the ZJU management cadre to enhance their internationalization competency.
China Modules of Globally Renowned Business Schools
ZIBS offers China Module Programs to renowned universities around the world such as University of Cambridge, Dartmouth College, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, American University of Beirut, etc. From a comprehensive perspective of policy, history, culture, law, society, and ecosystem, we deepen students' understanding of the globalization, innovative development models, and managerial expertise of Chinese enterprises through taught course by Chinese and foreign faculty, exchange and discussion between Chinese and foreign professors and students, visits to and exchange sessions with Chinese enterprises, as well as immersive experiences of Chinese culture. The interactive learning module also serves as a wonderful opportunity for exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and Western civilizations, showcasing the international vision, global competitiveness and sense of responsibility for the world for ZIBS faculty and students.
