He is specialized in research fields, such as organizational behavior, leadership, corporate social responsibility, etc. He is on the editoral review board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, as well as the editoral board of Australian Journal of Management. He has published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, among others.
