Dr. BEN Shenglin, Dean and Professor of ZIBS, Dean of Academy of Internet Finance (AIF), Zhejiang University and President of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology (FIRST). Prior to joining Zhejiang University in May 2014 as a Professor, he spent 20-years in China and abroad with ABN AMRO, HSBC, and lastly JP Morgan Chase, where he served as China CEO, JP Morgan Chase Bank. He is the founder and Director of the International Monetary Institute, Renmin University of China. He is also founder and chairman of Zhejiang Association of FinTech (ZAFT), the industry association of global fintech hub - Zhejiang Province. He serves as a Counselor to Zhejiang Provincial Government, a Standing Committee member of CPPCC Zhejiang and Vice Chairman of its Economic Commission.
Responsible for talent strategy and development, teaching affairs, academic development, faculty recruitment and career development, research collaboration and research translation,laboratory facility management and admissions.
Dr. MO Shenjiang, professor, doctoral supervisor, is vice dean of ZIBS. He is specialized in research fields, such as organizational behavior, leadership, corporate social responsibility, etc. He is on the editoral review board of the Journal of Organizational Behavior, as well as the editoral board of Australian Journal of Management. He has published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, among others.
Responsible for party affairs, development of administration team, student affairs, safety and stability, communication and branding, trade union and united front work.
Responsible for development planning, international cooperation, international admissions, executive training, finance and human resources.
Responsible for digital strategy and laboratory facility management.
