Since its establishment in 2019, ZIBS has seen nearly 600 graduates by June 2024, with an approximately equal ratio of domestic and international students. Proud of their identity as “distinguished members of Zhejiang University,” these graduates excel in their respective fields. They have secured high-quality positions in key industries and leading organizations both within China and globally. International students who have chosen to work in China after graduation have become exemplary figures, acting as bridges between China and their home countries, and sharing China's story with the world.

In line with the goal of "student-centered growth and promoting higher-quality employment for graduates," ZIBS leverages its international partnerships, alumni network, and industry resources to build a mentor team aligned with the evolving economic and social landscapes in China and abroad. This team consists of industry experts and seasoned professionals from sectors such as business, government, and international organizations, who serve as industry mentors. Drawing on their extensive professional experience, these mentors engage with students through industry discussions, lectures, seminars, and company visits. They provide valuable insights into industries, career opportunities, and personal development, becoming trusted advisors who help students navigate their career paths and professional development.
