According to the agreement between our institute and GEM Alpine Business School in France, we will select outstanding students to participate in the fall semester exchange program during the 2026-2027 academic year. The specific details are as follows:
I. Program Information
1. Target Participants: Current ZIBS undergraduate students (sophomores and juniors) and graduate students.
2. Program Dates: Late August to December 2026 (exact dates depend on the official schedule of the chosen program).
3. Program Location: Grenoble (main campus) or Paris, France (depending on the selected program).
4. Program Content: Students must select English-taught programs offered by GEM (subject to confirmation with the program coordinator). Please refer to the GEM Fact Sheet 26-27 for details.
5. Quota: 2 students.
Program Fees: The course fees are waived; participants need to cover their own accommodation, meals, air tickets and other expenses outside of the courses.
Upon successful completion of the program, a minimum of 30 ECTS credits with passing grades (transcript required) is required for credit transfer to ZIBS programs, subject to the specific requirements of each program.
II. Application Method
1. Application Materials
1）The Application Form for External Exchanges of the International Business School, Zhejiang University (Annex);
2）English personal resume; English proficiency certification materials (within the validity period); English personal academic transcript (Postgraduate students need to provide both Bachelor and Master transcripts) should be compiled into one PDF file in order. The file name should be: 【Program Name】Applicant's Student ID + Name + Major.
3）A 3-minute English video (self-introduction and reasons for applying for the exchange program
Please send the above documents together to yingjiejin@intl.zju.edu.cn. The subject of the email should be named in the following format: [GEM Exchange] Program Name + Applicant's Student ID + Name + Major.
2. Application Requirements:
1) Outstanding comprehensive qualities and excellent academic performance in the major courses.
2) Good English proficiency. In principle, applicants are required to submit English proficiency certificates obtained within the past two years: TOEFL IBT 80 or above, IELTS 6.0 or above, Cambridge English C1, Duolingo English Test 100 or above, or equivalent English test scores.
3) Other application requirements shall refer to the specific requirements of GEM.
Note: Based on the application situation, the institute may organize an in-person interview and select the best candidates. According to relevant scholarship regulations, students receiving international scholarships may have their scholarship disbursement affected if they participate in this exchange program. Please be aware of this and consider carefully.
III. ZIBS Application Deadline: March 23, 2026 (23:59)
Applications submitted after the deadline will be regarded as invalid and will no longer be accepted.
The recommended list will be announced on the official website of the institute. Please pay close attention.
Special Reminder:
Ø Please handle relevant application materials such as the English academic transcript and language proficiency certificate in a timely manner. Our institute will recommend candidates based on their merits, and the final result is subject to the admission decision of the counterpart institution.
Ø Pursuant to the scholarship policies, applicants who apply for overseas exchange programs may be required to terminate the disbursement of their scholarships.
