Assistant Professor, Assistant Dean Deputy director, International Research Center for Hidden Champions




Dr. LEI Linan is an Assistant Professor of Innovation and Strategy at ZIBS. she has been engaged in the research on the catch-up and beyond of hidden champions in manufacturing under the context of digitalization and globalization. She has lead research projects granted by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and Ministry of Science and Technology, China. She has published articles in Management and Organization Review, Asian Business & Management, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, among others.
