MO Shenjiang，Professor, doctoral supervisor, Ph.D. in Management from Zhejiang University, Founding Director of PIEGL program.
He conducted visiting research at Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK, and Warrington College of Business, University of Florida, USA. Research interests include organizational behavior, leadership, corporate social responsibility, etc., with many years of teaching experience in these areas. Particularly focused on emerging ethical and managerial issues in enterprise digital transformation. He has published in Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, etc.
CHEN Jingyan, Lecturer, Master of Management from Renmin University of China.
She has served in various roles at the International College, the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, and the International Campus of Zhejiang University.
With over a decade of experience in student affairs, she holds professional qualifications such as the National Secondary Psychological Consultant and the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF). Her research focuses on higher education management, student affairs, student development and career education, etc.
