iMBA本学期首门专业课启动，英国剑桥大学法学博士Jason Allen 加盟课程讲座授课分享
金融科技行业监管授课讲师、浙江大学国际联合商学院助理教授、金融硕士学术主任、ZIBS金融科技名家云讲堂发起人陈弘益教授将在本周邀请一位特殊的“飞行嘉宾”参与到课程授课中，围绕FinTech and the Nation State: Jurisdiction in Cyberspace进行讲座和讨论。
Jason Allen is a Senior Research Fellow at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Research Affiliate at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance. Jason researches the interaction of law and technology broadly, but with a specific focus on the law of money and the private law and regulatory issues raised by novel financial technology. Jason is Principal Investigator on a three-year project funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft and Co-Investigator on a one-year project funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council. He is incoming Editor in Chief of the Journal of Law, Information and Science and a member of several expert groups including the Oxford Digital Asset Project and an UNCITRAL/Unidroit working group on law and emerging technologies. Jason is a regular speaker at scholarly conferences, and is also active as a speaker and consultant in industry. Jason took his PhD in law from the University of Cambridge (2017) following a LLM from the University of Augsburg (2009) and a BA & LLB with first class honours from the University of Tasmania (2007). He is an Australian Lawyer (admitted 2011, currently non-practising) and NY Attorney-at-Law (2009). He served as the Judicial Assistant for the Rt. Hon. Sir Geoffrey Vos, Chancellor of the High Court of England and Wales, in 2016-2017.
