Dr. Ben Shenglin is the Professor & Dean of International Business School, Zhejiang University (ZIBS) and Dean AIF (Academy of Internet Finance), Zhejiang University.
Prior to joining Zhejiang University in May 2014 as a Professor, Dr. Ben spent 20-years (09/1994-04/2014) in China and abroad with ABN AMRO, HSBC, and lastly JP Morgan Chase, where he served as China CEO, JP Morgan Chase Bank. 
Dr. Ben is founder and Director of International Monetary Institute, Renmin University of China and the president of Beijing Frontier Institute of Regulation and Supervision Technology. He is also the founder and chairman of Zhejiang Association of Internet Finance, the industry association of global fintech hub - Zhejiang Province. He serves as a Counselor to Zhejiang Provincial Government, a Standing Committee member of CPPCC Zhejiang and Vice Chairman of its Economic Commission. He currently serves as a board member of leading companies including CICC and China Construction Bank.

Research interests: 
Innovation Strategy of Hidden Champion;Managerial Cognition and Strategic Decision-making

Dr. Lei Linan has joined International Business School from July, 2020 as an assistant professor, and served as the academic director of the iMBA program, deputy director of International Research Center for Hidden Champions. Dr. Lei has been engaged in the research on innovation and strategic management, especially the catch-up and beyond of hidden champions in manufacturing under the context of digitalization and globalization. Based on the systematic analysis on the role of managerial cognition to the organizational adaptations in dynamic environment, Dr. Lei has proposed the strategic configurations for firms to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. She has lead research projects granted by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. She also published 13 articles in leading journals like Management and Organization Review, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, Asian Business & Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Chinese Management Studies, 1 monograph and 4 book chapters in Springers, Oxford University Press, etc.

Financial Technology and Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Blockchain; Digital currency

Dr. Wen obtained his doctor's degree in Computer Science from Oxford University. He worked in the top 500 companies of Fortune magazine in Japan and the United States. He also has rich experience in global digital currency, blockchain, innovation and entrepreneurship, international organizations, standardization and other industries. Dr. Wen is a national distinguished expert of the Organization Department of the Central Committee and once served as the chairman of the legal digital currency focus group of the International Telecommunication Union. At present, Dr. Wen's main research directions are RMB internationalization, world change, digital economic infrastructure, cross-border digital trade, etc.

Dr. Wan is an Associate Professor of Management at International Business School (ZIBS), Zhejiang University, China. Prior to joining ZIBS, he has worked at Beijing Normal University and University of East Anglia. His research interests include innovation management, industrial clusters, and competitive strategies. He has published in Management International Review、Technovation、Technological Forecasting & Social Change, among others.

Jiajun Lu is an Assistant professor at International Business School and Vice Director of ZIBS Research Center for Digital Economics and Financial Innovations. He has published 10 more research papers in academic journals, including the single-authored paper published in Regional Science and Urban Economics and Economics Letters.

III. Required Qualifications

1. Ph.D. degree from a prestigious university or a research institution in China or overseas, with a background in digitalization and FinTech, new industry and new technology management, international economics and finance.
2. Ability to independently conduct high-level research, outstanding academic performance and potential, diligence and self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit; 
3. Fluent in English; 
4. Under age of 40;

IV. What we offer

The posts will be located at ZIBS in Haining and the contract of employment will be held with Zhejiang University.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, compliant with policies for postdoctoral recruitment in Zhejiang University.
